Why do your services cost less than your competitors?

Striking Innovation believes that a good website shouldn't cost a ton of money. We have affordable options for personal websites and corporate/commerce websites.

Unlike many of our competitors, we don't have to cover overhead costs of building expenses, company expenditures, or have a large payroll to fill. That equates to extra savings for the you, the customer.

 

How long will it take to create my website?

The time from start to finish varies with every project. A project may take longer if it involves a number of pages and more advanced features.

An estimate will be given with the price quote after the final details are set.

 

If I have a low budget, does it mean I will get a cheap website?

Absolutely not! Striking Innovation will work with anyone's budget to ensure satisfaction from both the customer's standpoint as well as our own.

 

 

How much server space will I have per month?

You will have 500 mb of server space. This is plenty of space for a standard website and will come in handy if you are wanting to showcase videos or other large media. The server space is upgradable for an additional fee.

 

 

How much bandwidth will I have per month?

You will have 25 gb of bandwidth (monthly traffic) per month.

 

How do I pick a domain name?

Domain names are subject to availability. Any name can be used as long as it is not owned by another user or site. The following names can be registered: .COM, .NET, .ORG, .BIZ, .INFO, and .US

 

Do I get e-mail with my website?

You have the option of setting up several user accounts. The address would correspond to your domain name, i.e. yourusername@yourdomainname.com.

 

 

How responsive is Striking Innovation? What if I need to make changes?

Striking Innovation checks customer e-mail everyday. If there are changes that you need reflected immediately, we will do our best to meet your needs.

If you have additional content that requires extra graphic or web development, there will be a timeline setup for completion along with additional fees.

 

I have my own design. Can I use it for my site?

Of course! If you have a design or specific pictures you want to use, we will be more than happy to work them into the design.

 

 

How do you bill?

Striking Innovation bills upon project completion. Invoices may be mailed or e-mailed. We accept checks, credit cards, and money orders.

 

 

Can I pay for your services online?

We currently accept Paypal for all online transactions including Paypal balances, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
